Site Office/Dispatch Center Custom Modification

One trip 8′ x 40′ std container modified in 2022 for a site office or well suited for a busy dispatch center such as a Storage Depot, Search and Rescue, Temporary Emergency Response Office, Special Events Operations.

Modifications include:

Steel Fabrication

      • Eight 5′ slider windows,
      • Two 36″ steel insulated man doors in the 8′ ends with drip caps, deadbolts and locksets on the man doors are keyed alike, and
      • AC cages.

Electrical

      • 220 V 200 amp panel,
      • Data distribution box with 8 ports and 16 connections for internet and phone,
      • Wired for internet under each window,
      • Two 8000 BTU air conditioners,
      • Ten duplex receptacles,
      • Two 3-way light switches,
      • Three 1500 watt wall heaters,
      • Three wall thermostats,
      • Five 4′ LED lights, and
      • Two LED lights over the exterior doors.

Interior Finishing

      • Framed with 2″ x 3″ wood,
      • Insulated with 1″ spray foam on the ceiling and R12 batt insulation in the exterior walls,
      • Clad with 1/2″ vinyl covered gyproc, cove base and trim in a warm light beige color, and
      • Flooring is good quality waterproof vinyl in a warm tone.
