Storage Container Rentals

Our container rental customers receive highly presentable, freshly cleaned and newly maintained storage containers constructed from high quality COR-TEN steel.

Your storage container arrives on your site complete with a heavy steel lock-box welded to the container door to shield your padlock for extra security.

Containers provide simple portable storage solutions and may be placed on any stable level surface such as grass, gravel or cement.

• Container Delivery/Pick-up

  In most cases we deliver rental storage containers in 24 hours to your site location. Your container will be delivered by Hiab Crane Truck or Tilt Deck Truck depending on your site and placed on your site or property where you want it. For placement not on your property or site, check with your municipality for any permits/high vis tape required.

  Pick-up is easy – just call or email our office and we’ll arrange a pick-up within 24 hours in most cases.

  Delivery and Pick-up charges are calculated based on your site location and will be provided at the time of rental.

• Container Rental Period

  While rental periods for our storage containers typically range from a few months to several years the minimum rental period for our storage containers is one month. Partial months are pro-rated by the day after the one month minimum has been reached.

  If you decide to purchase your rental container anytime during your rental period we will credit you up to 25% of the first years rent towards the purchase price. Call our office for details at 604.581.1924.

  Our rentals are 8'6" high x 8' wide and wind and water tight and rodent proof. They provide clean, secure portable temporary storage on your site. Easy opening factory double container doors with a lockbox for added security.

• Office Containers For Rent

  We offer two models of Container Offices the Deluxe Office fully insulated with heat and the Basic Office with spray foam ceiling.

  Deluxe Office - 1 36" steel locking man door, factory double container doors, 2 lock boxes, 2 windows complete with expanded metal security screens, 220V panel with breakers and 5 receptacles, 1 2000 W baseboard heater and 2 light switches with 4 ceiling lights. Fully finished with R12 insulation, pressure fit 2x3 framing and finished with ½" GIS plywood and mouldings.

  Basic Office - 1 36" steel locking man door, factory double container doors, 2 lock boxes, 2 sliding windows complete with expanded metal security screens, 110V motor base and 5 receptacles, Spray Foam ceiling, 1 light switch and 4 lights – no heat.

• Combination Office / Storage Containers For Rent

  Wind and water tight, secure storage, rodent proof, portable temporary storage, factory double container doors with lockbox, 1 steel lockable man door, 2 windows complete with expanded metal security screens.

  The office area is fully finished office area with 220V panel with breakers and 5 receptacles, 1 2000 W baseboard heater and 2 light switches with ceiling lights. Fully finished with R12 insulation, pressure fit 2x3 framing and finished with ½” GIS plywood and mouldings.

  The storage area is off double factory container doors has ceiling lights and light switch, passage door to the office. Some units are available with fully finished storage areas including heat and some are dry boxes with light only in the storage area. Call for availability.

  Air conditioners can be installed upon special request for an additional fee.
