Delivery/Pick-up Instructions

One-way driveway system (No truck entry at 9658 River Road)

Truck Drivers are required to:
  • Have Acceptance or Release Numbers and Waybill ready,
  • Call Shipping Line upon arrival: 604-841-7462,
  • Wait for loading/unloading directions, and
  • Follow one-way driveway to exit out 9658 River Road.

Our container rental customers receive new or highly presentable, freshly cleaned and newly maintained storage containers constructed from high quality COR-TEN steel.

Your storage container arrives on your site complete with a heavy steel lock-box welded to the container door to shield your padlock for extra security.

Containers provide simple portable storage solutions and may be placed on any stable level surface such as grass, gravel or cement.

Container Delivery/Pick-up

In most cases we arrange delivery for our rental storage containers within 24 hours to your site location. Your container will be delivered by Hiab Crane Truck or Tilt Deck Truck depending on your site and placed on your site or property where you specify. For placement not on your property or site, check with your municipality or Strata for any permits/high visibility tape that may be required.

Pick-up is easy – just call or email our office with your container number and customer ID and we’ll arrange a pick-up within 24 hours in most cases.

Delivery charges are calculated at the time of the request based on the distance to or from your site location, any required reach to be done by the crane, and the weight of the container (empty vs loaded). Additional charges on deliveries/pick-ups may be incurred if site access is not clear or if trucks are kept waiting at your location.

Container Rental Period

While rental periods for our storage containers typically range from a few months to several years the minimum rental period for our storage containers is one (1) month. Partial months are pro-rated by the day after the one month minimum has been reached.

If you decide to purchase your rental container during your first year we will credit you up to 25% of the first years rent (pre-tax) towards the purchase price. Call our office for details at 604.581.1924.

Our rentals are 8’6″ high x 8′ wide and wind and water tight and rodent proof. They provide clean, secure portable temporary storage on your site. Easy opening factory double container doors with a lockbox for added security. Office Containers For Rent

All our rental Offices feature an exterior man door and a window, heat, light and electrical outlets, and may include an A/C unit. Deluxe Rental Offices have fully insulated and finished wood walls & ceiling with 220v power. Basic Rental Offices offer an insulated ceiling and 110v power (no heat).

Deluxe Office – 1 36″ steel locking man door, factory double container doors, 2 lock boxes, 2-4 windows complete with expanded metal security screen, 220V panel with breakers and electrical outlets, 1-3 2000 W baseboard heater, and 2 light switches with 3-5 ceiling lights depending on the container length. The interior is fully finished with R12 insulation, pressure fit 2×3 framing and finished with ½” G1S plywood and moulding.

Combination Office / Storage Containers For Rent

Wind and water tight, secure storage, rodent proof, portable temporary storage, factory double container doors with lock-box, 1 steel lockable man door, 2 windows complete with expanded metal security screens.
The office area is fully finished office area with 220V panel with breakers and 5 duplex receptacles, 1 2000 W baseboard heater and 2 light switches with either caged fluorescent ceiling lights or LED lighting. Most units are fully finished in both areas with R12 insulation, pressure fit 2×3 framing and finished with ½” GIS plywood and moldings.
The storage area is off double factory container doors has ceiling lights and light switch, passage door to the office. Some units are available with fully finished storage areas including heat and some are dry boxes with light only in the storage area. Call for availability.
Air conditioners can be installed upon special request for an additional fee.
